8-week-MBSR-course (mindfulness-based stress reduction)

Being mindful means being fully aware of the present moment, with kindness, openness and without judgement.

By this attitude towards life we are able to recognize innate thinking and acting patterns. From this we gain space and the strength to deal with problems, stress and difficult experiences with more clarity and balance. We experience alternatives to our habits and automatic reactions which allow us to live a life with more self-awareness and joy and less suffering and resistance.
