Introduction to mindfulness for teens and adolescents

3-hour workshop for kids 12-18 years

Everyday life can be quite busy and stressful. This is no different for children and adolescents, growing up as digital natives in a complex world full of duties and chores, school pressure and social challenges. Be it pressure to perform, emotions of isolation or even anxiety, homework stress or problems with peers or family – there is no failure in feeling overwhelmed. It is not easy to be a child or an adolescent.

This workshop aims to introduce the power of living more mindfully and to teach practical mindfulness tools for everyday life. There will be time for sharing, practicing and learning. Topics include relaxation practices, finding an inner anchor of stability, how to deal with difficulties, and more.

The registration form will only be stored until the workshop. Afterwards the paper will be destroyed.
